Our Bronze Party Package is perfect for families who prefer a parent-led celebration while still enjoying all the excitement Mega Kids World has to offer. With dedicated playtime, tasty party food, and your own private party room, you can create a memorable day for your little one without breaking the bank.

- Minimum 10 children

- No party host – parent-led, including set up and clean up

- Parents are responsible for cutting and wrapping the cake for children to take home

- 60 minutes of fun play

- 40 minutes in dedicated party room

- 4 free adult passes per party- for each additional adult its £3.00

- 1 return pass for the birthday child given to them on the day

- Unlimited jugs of squash

- Party food for children only (Adult platters can be ordered separately)

Prices

Party Rules

- Booking & Payments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Final numbers and full payment must be confirmed 7 days before your party. No refunds for children who don't attend. Additional children can be added up to 24 hours before (subject to availability).

- Guest List & Waivers: You must provide a guest list and ensure all parents complete a waiver form before the party. Children without a waiver can join the party room but cannot use the play frames.

- Arrival & Playtime: Please arrive 10 minutes early. Once the party moves to the party room for food and cake, playtime ends.

Food & Cake:

- Only Mega Kids World food can be consumed (except agreed allergy meals).

- Birthday cakes must be shop-bought or professionally made with allergen labels (Natasha's Law).

- Cakes are cut & wrapped to take home – not eaten on site. (Bronze parties: parents do this. Silver & Gold: party host will assist).

- Decorations: Freestanding balloons are welcome. No wall/ceiling decorations for safety reasons.

- Supervision: A responsible adult (18+) must supervise all children at all times. Staff do not provide childcare.

- Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Parties can be rescheduled with at least 5 days' notice (subject to availability).

- Conduct: All guests must follow our Rules of Play. Anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe way may be asked to leave.
