Yes, adults are charged a small admission fee of £3.00 per person. This helps us cover the cost of providing free Wi-Fi, comfortable heated or air-conditioned seating areas, on-site parking, and clean, well-maintained facilities for our guests while children play.

Our standard play sessions last 2 hours. We operate 4 sessions per day, with a short cleaning interval between sessions to ensure the play areas and facilities remain clean and safe for all visitors. During weekday term-time periods, if the centre is particularly quiet, we may operate an open play session rather than enforcing the standard 2-hour limit. If this applies on the day of your visit, a member of our team will let you know upon arrival. Please note that open play sessions are offered at the discretion of management, subject to capacity and operational requirements, and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
